Our story began in 2020 with the founding of Workcontrol by industry professionals committed to delivering fast, high-quality, and innovative solutions in outsourcing, temporary employment, labor shortage consulting, and human resource management.

The establishment of our first office in Martin marked the beginning of our mission to support Slovak businesses by providing reliable, skilled employees.
Thanks to thorough market analysis and strong business partnerships, our company began to grow, opening new branch offices in Central and Western Slovakia.
We expanded our service portfolio and welcomed new clients. We also established our first cross-border partnerships to gain an early advantage in recruiting foreign workers from developing countries.
Thanks to the trust and satisfaction of our clients, we surpassed the milestone of 1,000 employed personnel. At the same time, we tripled the number of completed projects. With this growing experience, we established foreign offices to further expand our reach.
After a three-year process, our permit to operate as a temporary employment agency beame valid. This milestone enables us to fully provide our clients with skilled workers from developing countries.
The labor shortage across all industries and sectors in Slovakia is estimated at around 80,000 employees - that’s 160,000 hardworking hands. Through our cooperation, those very hands are now within your reach. Our dedicated workers from Asia are ready and eager to support your business.
This year, we have also raised the standard of our operations, as demonstrated by our certificate ISO 9001:2015.
Throughout 2025, Workcontrol is preparing to expand into new sectors through our divisions, Workcontrol Facility and Workcontrol Quality. We anticipate doubling our company’s profit during the year.
